Clients and prospective clients should not transmit passwords, Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, or other highly sensitive information through unsecured email or Website communications.
AugustWMG will never request a client’s custodian password. Clients should independently verify unexpected requests involving account access, changes to banking information, distributions, transfers, wires, or other movement of funds by contacting AugustWMG through a known and trusted telephone number or other established communication method.

AugustWMG communicates with clients, prospective clients, service providers, and others through email and other electronic communications. Email may not always be secure, and recipients should avoid transmitting passwords, Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, or other highly sensitive information through unsecured email.
AugustWMG does not accept securities trading instructions or instructions to transfer, withdraw, wire, or otherwise move client funds solely through unsecured email. Clients should contact the firm through established communication channels regarding time-sensitive account instructions.
Electronic communications sent to or from AugustWMG may be retained, reviewed, and produced in accordance with applicable law, regulatory requirements, and the firm’s recordkeeping and supervisory policies.
